Cowork, Accounting and Finance — three angles on the same data, each shaped for a different role.
Three working modes
KOPA splits the workspace into three modes. Same ledger, three angles for three roles.
Cowork mode#
Cowork is the chat surface. It's where most users start the day.
You delegate in plain Vietnamese (or English): "File the March VAT return", "Reconcile Vietcombank for this week", "Run payroll for this month". The AI Agent will:
- Understand the goal and period.
- Pull data from connected sources (banks, e-invoice, POS, etc.).
- Propose journal entries, returns or reports.
- Push proposals to the approval queue.
- Once you sign (web or Telegram), it's posted.

Accounting mode#
Accounting is the accountant's desk — full documents, GL, bank reconciliation, tax, financial reports per current Vietnamese accounting regulations.
- Documents — kanban for new/under-review/pending/posted invoices.
- Banking — statements, transaction matching, cash forecast.
- Sales / Purchases — invoices, fast posting, AR/AP tracking.
- Tax — VAT, CIT, PIT with pre-filled forms.
- Reports — Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, sub-ledger per current Vietnamese accounting regulations.
- Period close — pre-close checklist and cockpit.

Finance mode#
Finance is the CFO / owner's desk — no sub-ledger work; instead, the executive view.
- Executive Overview — runway, margins, MoM/QoQ, financial health.
- Cashflow — cash bridge, forecast, AR/AP aging.
- KPI & Watchlist — pin metrics, track targets and trends.
- Forecast — scenarios, sensitivities.
- Alerts & Decisions — anomalies and the decision queue.

Switching between modes#
Modes share the same workspace and data. Switch from the mode menu in the top-left — no re-login.
Note: Per-mode access can be limited by role. A warehouse operator typically sees only Cowork; an accountant sees Cowork + Accounting; a CFO sees all three.
